To add insult to injury, ZocDoc recently formed a “Trust and Safety” group whose sole job appears to be to identify strategies to maximize ZocDoc’s revenue by pure harrasment- I received numerous “warnings” that my appt. Most patients who use ZocDoc think the service is free and don’t realize that ZocDoc charges the provider as much as $110 per “booking,” which is charged to provider regardless if patient shows up to appointment or cancels. I had to officially withdraw from being listed due to their predatory and deceitful practices. ZocDoc is a total scam! My dental practice has been a client of Zocdoc for last 10 years.
